Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 before tax for Canadian orders, and over $150 before tax on all US orders. This does not apply to returns or exchanges. We also offer international shipping - please see rates at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing as each item is made to order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, and shipping time will depend on the mode of shipping selected at checkout.

For orders made in certain areas of the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada, you may qualify for local delivery. Please include any delivery instructions (i.e. leave at front door or side door, please knock or ring doorbell, please call when package dropped off, etc.) in the order notes, and make sure that the phone number included in the order is accurate as that is the number that will be used to contact you about your order's readiness for delivery.
